HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an online order our customers just have to get into our collections through the main menu (Women's, Men's, Sales and Brands) or through our new arrival or shop now action buttons, in each of our shopping place there is the option to have a quick view of each product and, of course, come into the detailed description. Once the decision about the product to buy is made, is needed to set quantity, color and size, in case that apply, then is time to add to cart. Once all desired product are selected with their variations, is time to view the complete cart to confirm the whole order and check out, where discounts, shipping and taxes will apply. The check out is completed through the payment process (Detailed in payment process and options section). After check out we'll proceed to confirm your order by email.
Shipping

Orders placed on a business day before 2:00pm will be ship the same day, orders place after 2:00p.m. Or during weekends will be ship the next business days. Our products are shipped using USPS.

All standard shipments are free to our customers, an email with the confirmation will be sent shortly after package been shipped. It will contain all shipment information. We usually make the shipment with a tracking number so we can easily monitor the package. We will let you know in case we cannot comply with this rule.

We also offer a second day delivery service, for a small extra charge. In order to our customers receive their products faster.

Sunglasses Umbra team is 100% confident. Our top team Privacy and Security policy is that the safety of our customers is respect and honored. All payment information about credit cards or other method is always handled and processed by a third party (see payment options)

As well, the products delivered are 100% original and authentic. All products we ship go through a careful ‘’shipping inspection’’. This is to make sure you received your product in perfect conditions.

Yes all sunglasses and products sell in this website are 100% authentic, we guarantee authenticity of all our products and we stand behind the brands we sell and guarantee their authenticity.

WHAT IS THE RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY?

Our refund policy is 30 Days. After this period we’ll reserve the right to approve this return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. If something happen with your sunglasses they could qualify to a warranty claim with the manufacture, please get in contact with us at info@SunglassesUmbra.com for details.

To return your product you must get and RMA Number from our return department you can contact us at Returns@SunglassesUmbra.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS AND REQUIREMENT TO GET A REFUND? (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 72 business hours.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS AND REQUIREMENT TO GET EXCHANGE? (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return had been approved by our team you have the option to request an exchange in case you prefer it rather than a refund, this exchange can be made even for another style or brand that we sell as long as they are of the same price. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you can let us know on the return request so this can be made quickly.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO CANCEL AN ORDER PLACED?

Orders placed on a business day before 2:00pm can be canceled until 2:01pm the same business day, orders place after 2:00 or during weekends can be canceled until 2:01 pm the next business days.
